Hmmm. That was a bit reckless, especially for mothers of young children. They should've started with targets and had some measuring devices of some sort, shouldn't they?

I did like it but the fight made me cringe a couple times.

Thanks for the story.

On the subject of the helmet coms: I would hope that, by 2060, the more sophisticated computers are able to distinguish the context and intonation of a spoken name. That would avoid the confusion of a reference with an address. Of course, it might require more careful speech by the users.

I really like these stories, along with all of your other stuff that I've read. [I'm trying to read the whole canon according to internal chronological order.] Still, I was occasionally distracted by grammar issues or typos like dropped words. There is a simple fix for that. I assume you're writing with a 'standard' word processor like Word Perfect or MS Word, and using the spelling-checker function. That will only verify that a given string of characters is listed in its dictionary as 'a word'. If you follow it up with the grammar-checking function, it'll catch most such things, including mis-chosen homonyms. [Its/it's, your/you're, and there/their/they're come to mind.] Since it's an advisory function, you can choose to preserve ungrammatical dialog or 'flavored' narrative. Just a suggestion! As I said, I'm really enjoying the content of these stories.

Hey. It's about time I commented. I read your story over a week ago. *sigh*

I loved the detail about how the dragons created the various rooms. The world would really be quite a different place with elemental powers.

Please keep these casefiles coming - as long as you can also make progress on your other stories.

I loved it, even if it's a bit short [just leaves the reader wanting more].

One question I have, are the helmets linked to some central database or are they self-contained? Either way, you wouldn't want one of these to get into the wrong hands!

Nice piece of info, though a bit short. I want to know more.

Also something odd, you just say team or the name to open a link?

So if you say, 'Too bad Blitz can't be here', you'd open a link to Blitz's comlink? And how to close it?
And I already mentioned the 'tacked' bit earlier in the forum.

I think spare suits are in order as Synergy will make some appearances and has her own suit as well. [You mentioned it]

But it's good that the Team is getting off the ground.
Well under ground is more likely

A nice Story. I really like the Sanura serie. It has everything from Drama over action up to love and humor.
But there is still a but:
But, this new episode, that might or might not initiate a new epos, appears a little... flat. Every problem that appears is solved immediately. Nura's new powers give her almost godlike possibilities, what makes it all too easy for her.
But that's just my opinion.

Another fine tale. The tale was well told. You squeezed an awful lot in a short tale and pulled it off very nicely. Now there are a whole new set of unaswered questions, especially concerning Jeremy. But--- let us concentrate on the handful that Faline is going to be to theconfidently ready parents. Tee hee, Little do they know. Please keep up the good work with your writing.
Thank you for sharing this with us.
